1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Design School offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our courses. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of the course content or instruction, we will provide a refund or credit at our discretion.
This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription-based courses.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Course Cancellation: If Design School cancels a course in which you're enrolled, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid for that course.
- Withdrawal Before Course Start: If you withdraw from a course before it begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the timing of your withdrawal (see Section 3 below).
- Withdrawal After Course Start: If you withdraw from a course after it has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the timing of your withdrawal (see Section 3 below).
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing course materials, and our technical support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances that prevent you from participating in or completing a course, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Request Timeframe
The amount of your refund depends on when you withdraw from a course:

For on-demand courses with immediate access to all materials, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process:

- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the course you're enrolled in, and the reason for your refund request.
- Documentation: If applicable, provide documentation to support your refund request (e.g., medical certificate for serious illness).
- Review: Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.
- Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds to credit or debit cards will be processed within 5-7 business days. However, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
- PayPal: Refunds to PayPal accounts will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds via bank transfer may take 7-10 business days to process.
In some cases, we may offer refunds in the form of course credits that can be applied to future courses.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Course Materials: Physical materials that have been shipped to you, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Third-Party Services: Fees for third-party services, certifications, or exams that have already been processed.
- Administration Fee: A small administration fee may be deducted from refunds in certain circumstances.
- Courses Purchased as Part of a Bundle: If you received a discount by purchasing multiple courses as a bundle, and then request a refund for only part of the bundle, any refund will be calculated based on the full price of the remaining courses.
7. Course Transfers and Deferrals
Instead of a refund, you may request to:
- Transfer to Another Course: You may transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value. If the new course has a higher fee, you will need to pay the difference.
- Defer Your Enrollment: You may defer your enrollment to a future session of the same course, subject to availability.
Course transfers and deferrals must be requested at least 7 days before the original course start date to avoid administrative fees.
8. Subscription-Based Services
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within the first 14 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
9. Scholarship and Sponsored Students
Students who have received scholarships or whose tuition is paid by an employer or other sponsor should note:
- Refunds for sponsored students will be issued to the original payer (the sponsor), not to the student.
- Students with partial or full scholarships may have different refund terms as specified in their scholarship agreement.
10. Changes to This Policy
Design School reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued enrollment in courses after any changes to the Refund Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
